As a user of MicaStylz, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services for lawful purposes only
• Respect our stylists, staff, and other users
• Provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations
• Pay for any services or products as agreed upon
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Booking and Payments

• Consultation fees must be paid in full at the time of booking
• We accept various payment methods as indicated on our platform
• All prices are quoted in local currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee

Consultation Guidelines

• Virtual consultations require a stable internet connection and appropriate device
• Our stylists will provide professional recommendations based on your preferences
• Purchasing recommended products is optional and not required

All content on MicaStylz, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MicaStylz or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any of our content without our prior written consent. The MicaStylz name, logos, and all related trademarks are the property of MicaStylz.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MicaStylz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service giving rise to the claim.
